This privacy policy applies to the RemoteCam app, published on Google Play as "Old Phone: IP Camera" (hereafter referred to as "the Application"), developed by Netabis (hereafter referred to as "the Service Provider"). The Application turns a spare or old phone into a remote live-streaming camera, viewable from a web dashboard.
To provide the Service, the Application collects and processes:
The camera device's video is relayed live, in real time, to whoever is viewing the authenticated web dashboard at that moment. The Application does not record or permanently store video on the server; frames are streamed through and discarded, not saved to disk.
The Application does not gather precise information regarding the physical location of your mobile device.

The Service Provider may disclose user-provided and automatically collected information as required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena or similar legal process; to enforce the Application's terms and investigate potential violations; or to protect the rights, property, or safety of the Service Provider, its users, or others.
The Service Provider retains your account and device data for as long as your account exists, so the Application continues to work correctly. You can remove an individual device from the web dashboard at any time. If you would like the Service Provider to delete your account and all associated data, please contact them at the address below and they will respond within a reasonable timeframe.
The Application is not directed at children under the age of 13, and the Service Provider does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information to the Application, please contact the Service Provider so it can be removed.
The Service Provider takes reasonable steps to protect the information you provide, including transmitting data over encrypted (HTTPS/WSS) connections. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and the Service Provider cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for keeping your Google account and stream password confidential.
The Service Provider may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. You are advised to review this page periodically for any changes, as continued use of the Application after a change is posted constitutes acknowledgement of that change.
By using the Application, you consent to the processing of your information as set forth in this Privacy Policy, now and as amended.
